This fabulous property is located right on the beach of lovely Pevensey Bay. Both stylish and comfortable and with access to the beach, it is the perfect place for a seaside break for couples or a small family on the sunny Sussex coast.

 

This light and airy, contemporary property is all about beach living. Entered via some steps outside, the large open-plan living area has a smart and well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for your morning coffee, a large, comfy corner sofa for relaxing in the evenings, and large patio doors that lead out onto a patio right on the beach. The decor is subtle throughout with natural colour schemes that complement the seaside location, and scattered nautical touches add to the holiday ambience. Enjoy breakfast overlooking the waves on a sunny morning, or after a day on the beach, light up the BBQ and sit back with a glass of wine as the sun sets.

 

Pevensey village is home to a range of pubs, shops and restaurants for meals out and the harbour is a lovely spot to watch the boats and have a drink. Take a walk up to the ruined castle and enjoy some breathtaking views of the coastline. Alternatively, head to the charming hamlet of Birling Gap (12 miles), where you can enjoy a bracing walk along the famous Seven Sisters chalk cliffs. For a more cultural experience, Eastbourne (5 miles) is home to the Towner Art Gallery, encompassing a superb selection of modern British Art.

A lovely cottage right on the beach. We enjoyed our stay here despite some challenging weather in mid-March. All very clean, well-presented and well-equipped. Nice touch to have milk, fudge and prosecco waiting for us! Thank you for a great stay.

Fantastic place in fabulous location. Very well-equiped and clean. Information for arrival and contact plus recommendations for pubs etc all excellent. Lovely to enjoy the gift of Cava with an Indian takeaway from Raipur on arrival, as there was a pretty wild storm! Already booked for next year - how could we resist!
