Seabreeze is a charming, two bedroom cottage that has been imaginatively furnished in an appealing, contemporary style.  Overlooking a landscaped reed-bed and stream, it has far-reaching views of Romney Marsh.  The fully decked, south-facing garden has a barbecue/fire pit and inviting lounger the perfect spot for a beer after a day on the beach.  Watersports and golfing devotees will appreciate the secure shed for storing wet suits, boards, golf clubs, etc and brackets for mounting kite buggies and other equipment.  And after a hard day on the beach, there is no shortage of indoor entertainment including a 42" plasma TV. Seabreeze is a dog-friendly house and welcomes up to 2 medium sized dogs.

Ground floor:

Open plan living area -  Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, Sitting room with 42" plasma TV with Freeview and surround sound, iPod docking station, Utility room with washing machine/dryer and Cloakroom.

First floor:

Master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawer, Twin room with two 2' 6" single beds (will convert to double) and wardrobe with drawers below and Bathroom with bath (shower over), basin and WC.

Outside:

Fully decked, south facing garden with potted palms, barbecue/fire pit, table, chairs and sun lounger.  Secure shed for storing wet suits, boards, etc.  Private car port and visitors' parking.  Behind the house is a short cut to the beach which takes you onto the sand dunes in 3 minutes.

Additional amenities:

iPod docking station, Picnic hamper, Beach tent/sunshade, Beach cricket set, Bed linen, Bath Towels, two fluffy Bathrobes, two Beach Towels.  Well-behaved, small dog welcome.  No smoking. 

Please note that this property is probably better suited for 1 couple and 2 children - but please check before booking and Seabreeze is not suitable for toddlers.

Prices include bed linen, towels, all utilities, pre-arrival and departure cleaning and a welcome pack.

There is a £15 booking fee per holiday.

The changeover day for weekly bookings is a Saturday. Other start days may be possible on request in the low and mid season. Short breaks may commence on any day.

This property is happy to accept a maximum of 2 dogs.  There is a £20 fee per dog per week.  You must have our prior agreement to take a dog to this property.

Please remember that dogs are not allowed to be left unattended in the property at any time and sometimes dogs in strange surroundings can become distressed and cause damage.  Dogs have to remain downstairs at all times and are not allowed on any of the furniture at any time.  As the Owner you are responsible for the dog and will be accountable for any damage caused by your dog and responsible for removing any evidence left by your dog.
