Driftwood House offers beautifully presented, spacious accommodation over three floors.  The interior has been professionally designed to a high standard with tailor-made curtains and cushions, and artwork commissioned from a local photographer, giving each room a distinct theme.  The galleried sitting room has fabulous views across the marshes from its large picture window, whilst the Juliet balcony provides a lovely spot to watch the sunset.

The pebbled garden is fully enclosed and has lovely views across the marshes.  The decked area leading directly off the kitchen offers excellent outside dining space.

Ground floor:

Large open-plan Kitchen and Dining Room with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. Dining table and six chairs with doors leading out to the garden.  Study with 3ft day bed.  Cloakroom.

First floor:

Lovely galleried Sitting room with sumptuous leather sofa and chairs, flat screen TV with DVD and Freeview, large picture windows with uninterrupted views across the marshes and patio doors leading to balcony to the front of the house.  Bedroom Two with double bed and large wardrobe with drawers under.

Second floor:

Master bedroom with 5 bed, Flat screen TV with integrated DVD player and Freeview, built-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room with basin and WC.  Twin room with two 2"6 beds (will convert to double bed).  Family bathroom with bath (shower over), basin and WC.

Outside:

Fully enclosed pebbled garden and decked patio area with BBQ and with lovely views across the marshes.  Parking for two cars in front of the house.

Additional amenities:

Broadband is available, selection of DVD's, board and beach games. Digital radio, Hairdryer, Bed Linen, Egyptian cotton Bath towels.  Travel cot, High chair, stair gates.  Pets are welcome by arrangement.  £15 booking fee.  £20 fee, per dog, per week.  No smoking.

Prices include bed linen, towels, all utilities, pre-arrival and departure cleaning and a welcome pack.

There is a £15 booking fee per holiday.

The changeover day for weekly bookings is a Saturday. Other start days may be possible on request in the low and mid season. Short breaks may commence on any day.

This property is happy to accept a maximum of 2 dogs.  There is a £20 fee per dog per week.  You must have our prior agreement to take a dog to this property.

Please remember that dogs are not allowed to be left unattended in the property at any time and sometimes dogs in strange surroundings can become distressed and cause damage.  Dogs have to remain downstairs at all times and are not allowed on any of the furniture at any time.  As the Owner you are responsible for the dog and will be accountable for any damage caused by your dog and responsible for removing any evidence left by your dog.
