Frant is a quaint Sussex village located on the top of a hill 4 miles to the south east of the Royal Spa town of Tunbridge wells.

The village boasts many traditional features including the ancient church of St Alban which hosts concerts throughout the year ranging from Classical to jazz. There are two pubs both of which serve delicious food from locally sourced produce. These are the perfect place to enjoy a well deserved meal and refreshment after returning from one of the many local walks, some of which start and finish in the centre of the village. The surrounding area has a wealth of National Trust properties to visit and the RSPB site and Nature Reserve of Broadwater Warren is only a short car journey away.

The local cricket team plays regular matches on the village green and is a perfect place to while away the hours on a summer Sunday afternoon.

Tunbridge Wells is the main shopping town locally but the village has a central post office and stores where fresh bread, local produce and daily newspapers can be purchased. Situated about a mile outside the village in Bells Yew Green, adjacent to the station there is also a local farm shop where Sussex meats and quality ready meals can be bought.

With easy access from the main road and only 1.5 miles from the local station with a direct line to London in less than an hour, Frant is the perfect place for a getaway at any time of year.
