The Beach Retreat is a white weather-boarded holiday cottage at Camber Sands  It has been furnished in harmony with its surroundings in bright seaside colours and equipped to a very high standard.  Everything you need for a trip to the beach as well as entertainment for a rainy day is provided. On arrival you will find a welcome basket containing a bottle of wine and cake!

There's a delightful communal pebbled garden and outside seating area with a bench in front of the house plus a private car port. 

The Beach Retreat is offering a 15% discount on bookings, booked and taken during May and 10% discount on bookings, booked and taken in June.

This will include a special sizzling summer welcome basket on arrival including bubbly and al-fresco goodies !

Ground floor:

Open plan living area - Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, juicer, coffee maker and dishwasher, Sitting room with 26" flat screen TV and free view and DVD player, iPod docking station and sofa that converts to double bed for occasional use. Utility room with washing machine and separate dryer and Cloakroom

First floor:

Master bedroom with king-size bed, Double bedroom and Bathroom with bath (shower over), basin and WC. Bath robes provided.

Additional Amenities:

Selection of CDs and DVDs, Board games, Books, Beach towels, Beach games, Deck chairs, Parasol, Picnic basket and cool bag, Safe, Hair dryer and hair straighteners, Towels, Bed linen, High chair, Travel cot, High chair and Stair gate. 

This property is happy to accept a maximum of 2 dogs. There is a £20 fee per dog per week which must be pre booked. 

Please remember that dogs are not allowed to be left unattended in the property at any time. They must remain downstairs and not be allowed on the furniture or beds.

Prices include bed linen, towels, all utilities, pre-arrival and departure cleaning and a welcome pack. 

There is a £24 booking fee, per holiday.

The changeover day for weekly bookings is a Saturday. Other start days may be possible on request out of High Season.  Short breaks may commence on any day.
