Tides is a Sussex seaside holiday house situated minutes away from Camber Sands beach and located at the foot of the sand dunes.  Tides has been furnished to a high standard and is one of our larger 2 bedroom Eco self-catering holiday properties.  For those competitive guests there is a separate downstairs room with a ping pong table and darts board to enjoy, together with a TV and sofa bed which provides flexible accommodation and is a great place for the children to escape to! The house is part of a pioneering, boutique development combining contemporary design with the latest Eco-friendly technologies. This spacious modern Eco property is set out over 3 floors and uses stylish and comfortable furnishings. The solar panels & thermal heating make it a warm and welcoming house whatever the time of year!  There is an outside shower with which to remove the sand from children after a busy day on the beach or kite surfing!

Ground floor:

On the ground floor there is a games area with a ping pong table and darts board and at the far end is seating that provides a great space to relax with a sofa bed, children's table and chairs, toys, TV and CD player. From this room is a door that leads outside to the lower decked area that offers shade from the sun, table, benches and a BBQ.  There is an outside shower  that provides a great place to clean off all that sand before entering the house.

First floor:

On the first floor the main living area is bright and comfortable with open plan living.  The sitting room has comfortable sofas and chairs, side tables, lights, TV with Freeview and DVD player.  There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with table, chairs and benches. The decked balcony leads out from the sitting room and has a table and chairs and is the perfect sun trap, just right for outdoor dining.

Second Floor:

Family bathroom with bath, basin, loo and shower over the bath.  Twin bedroom with views across to the dunes, chest of drawers, beside light and wardrobe.

Third Floor:

Master bedroom with king-size bed, bedside tables, lights, chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror and en-suite shower room with loo and basin.  French doors that lead out onto a decked balcony area.

Ping Pong Table, selection of CDs and DVDs, Board games, Books, Beach towels, Beach games, Deck chairs, Parasol, Picnic basket and cool bag, Hair dryer and hair straighteners, Towels, Bathrobes, Bed linen, High chair, Stair gate, travel cot (please provide your own linen).

The changeover day for weekly bookings is a Saturday. Other start days may be possible on request in the low and mid season. Short breaks may commence on any day.
