This pretty Holiday Cottage at Camber Sands is a two bedroom, weather-boarded cottage that has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, with a courtyard garden for summer dining. There is a private car port and additional visitors' parking is available. The perfect place for a summer holiday or short break at any time of year.

Ground floor:

Open plan living area - Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, drinks fridge and dishwasher. Sitting room with dining table and 4 chairs, 18" flat screen TV with built in DVD player, video player and Sky TV, Utility Room with washing machine/dryer and Cloakroom and downstairs WC.

First floor:

Master bedroom with 5'' double bed and TV, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table and mirror.  The twin room (two 3'' beds), bedside table and light.  Family Bathroom with bath (shower over), basin and WC.

Outside:

Fully enclosed rear pebbled garden with table, parasol and chairs.

Additional Amenities:

Telephone (for in-coming calls and limited out-going calls by arrangement), Wi Fi internet connection, DVDs, Videos, Board games, Beach games, Bed linen, Bath, hand and face towels.
This property is happy to accept a maximum of 2 dogs. There is a £20 fee per dog per week which must be pre booked. 

Please remember that dogs are not allowed to be left unattended in the property at any time. They must remain downstairs and not be allowed on the furniture or beds.

Prices include bed linen, towels, all utilities, pre-arrival and departure cleaning and a welcome pack. 

There is a £24 booking fee per holiday. 

The changeover day is Saturday to Saturday in the High Season in "non high season" holiday lets can commence on any day.
