This listed property is located in Hastings Old Town, which famed for its important role in English history and is next to Hastings Country Park. There is an eclectic mix of lovely independent boutiques, cafes, pubs and fish stalls. Nearby you will find the fascinating ruins of William the Conqueror’s castle, which he ordered to be built after his Christmas Day coronation in 1066. Of course no trip to Hastings would be complete without a trip to the beach and the most enjoyable way to get there is to take the cliff side funicular railway, a fun ride for everyone with wonderful views out to sea.

Take these stairs up to the first floor where the striking lounge is located. This room feels both homely and elegant with its large windows, high ceilings, open fire and two comfortable sofas and chairs. There is a smart TV and DVD player here, as well as AV equipment. Also located on this floor are two bedrooms, one with super-king-size bed and one with a single bedroom. The spacious and beautifully styled bathroom has both a walk-in shower and bath with shower over.
The exterior of the property is an absolutely gorgeous space and very unique. There is a secure cobbled yard to the front of the property which can be used for outdoor eating or as a parking area, and a tranquil courtyard area outside the kitchen with a covered dining grotto which is cut into the rock of the hillside. This area has a Mediterranean feel and is a special spot for al fresco eating or evening drinks.
