This pretty weather boarded cottage is located in a village-style development just a few minutes’ walk from Camber Sands’ massive beach. Stretching for miles, finding a spot to set up for the day will never be a problem here and there is even space for water sports or a game of beach football. Within a 20 minute drive is the interesting town of Rye, with its chic and arty vibe, it attracts those who prefer independent shops to high street chain stores and even has its own tiny cinema, which though small, benefits from state-of-the-art digital technology, the perfect place for a rainy afternoon or evening out.

Arriving at the property, you will come to a small hall, off from which is the light and airy open-plan living area. The sitting area of this room has a sofa bed which can be converted to double bed for occasional guests. There is also a TV and DVD player. The dining area has an oak dining table with seating for four. The modern kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, whilst the washer/dryer can be found in the separate utility room. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. Stairs from the living area lead to the first floor, where you will find two bedrooms, both of which are tastefully decorated. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a double. The modern bathroom has a shower over the bath. In the property you will find some nice extra touches which will enhance your stay: A selection of CDs and DVDs, board games and books as well as beach towels, beach games, deck chairs, parasol and cool bag to help you to enjoy a day at the beach.

Outside, the property has access to a pebbled communal garden, as well as a seating area to the front of the house. The house benefits from a private carport for one vehicle.

A very cozy, well equipped and very clean little house. It was perfect for our (family of 4 plus dog) 7 day holiday - both with regard to the location and the house itself. When we arrived, we found a bottle of red wine and treats for our dog waiting for us - a very nice suprise!

I have always taken holidays that are self catering. It has to be said that this property was equipped to a very high standard to the point that I need not have taken stuff from home. Very pleased.

Beautifully presented cottage in a great location for the beach and walking into Rye. Although the cottage was small it contained everything you need and was comfortable for 4 adults. Pretty, tiny private garden and larger communal garden to enjoy. Clean and tastefully decorated, we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable cottage with everything you need. Camber Sands are within a few minutes walk which is perfect for dogs. (Only certain parts open to dogs between 1 May and 30 September) but still massive amount of space.

Beautiful property lovely furnishings and wall art. We enjoyed our stay at the property very comfortable and clean. A good base for visiting Rye and surrounding area, but not Camber itself the dates we were there (2nd to last week of September.) Found it to be unwelcoming and restrictive to dog owners. No fault on the part of the property owners.

Small well maintained house in an attractive quiet estate. Good for Rye. We loved Rye! Amazing beach a walk away. But No dogs allowed May to September and difficult for the elderly to access over a tall sand dune. Short drive or 20 minute walk to a dog friendly stretch. Beautiful and clean. In land - nice villages often with a good pub. Iden pub anRead mored pizza recommended. Hide

Great holiday house! This is the second year visiting Camber and so we knew the area well. Its ideally situated for the beach-only a short walk away to the dunes. The house was spacious, clean and had everything you could think of: spare bedding, games, cleaning utensils, beach toys and items, dog bowl, bath mat, etc. The owners have really thoughtRead more about what people may need. Being off season the estate and beach were extremely quiet and so we had a relaxing short break. Would highly recommend! Hide
