The resort’s beach and promenade can be found just across the road from the property, while you can spend hours at George Street’s antique shops, cafes and restaurants, situated just around the corner. Five minutes away you can discover Hastings’ iconic fishing sheds and the Hastings Contemporary Art Gallery, while just a few more minutes’ walk will take you to the hill railway, with the Hastings Country Park lying in wait at the summit. Learn about the town’s smuggling past at Smugglers’ Adventure, an educational family attraction.

Upon entering this charming property, you will come across the well-equipped kitchen, which also has a dining table with seating for 4 and a feature exposed brick wall. This is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a simple meal and enjoy your stay here, including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment and a washing machine. There is also a small storage area, with a peg rail and bench, ideal for storing your coats, bags and shoes. The snug also has a futon day bed which can sleep an additional guest if required. Back up to the kitchen/diner, a panelled turned wooden stairwell leads upstairs and into the lounge where there is a comfortable sofa and woodburner, a place to relax after a day on the beach. Open stairs take you up another floor from the lounge, where both the bedroom and shower room can be found. No improvements to suggest, kitchen finely appointed, artwork pleasant, seating comfortable & TV offered a wide choice of viewing. The little touches of the flowers & biscuits had a welcoming effect out of all proportion to significance Thank you
