Just a stone’s throw from the beach of St Leonards and its historic promenade, you can be assured some spectacular views out to sea from this property. The traditional seaside resort has lots of galleries, restaurants and antique shops to discover, or for an even wider selection head just along the coast to the popular town of Hastings for an extensive range of shops and other amenities. Just a short drive will take you to multiple National Trust properties, including Lamb House at Rye, and Bodiam Castle. As a special treat for the adults, there are lots of vineyards located locally, whilst Sissinghurst Castle and Gardens is not too far away either.
The split-level first floor of the apartment is where you’ll enter, where you’ll find a spacious hall for coats, shoes and bags. Off the lower hallway you will find the twin bedroom, recently refurbished bathroom with separate shower, bath and WC, plus underfloor heating to help keep your feet warm after a long soak. A few steps lead to the upper hallway taking you through to the lounge/diner. The floor to ceiling windows are the true selling point of the room, flooding the space with light, and with the dining table situated just next to them it’s the perfect spot to enjoy dinner with a view. The comfortable sofas offer a relaxing seat in which to sink into and relax, watching something on the Smart TV with DVD or listening to some relaxing music on the CD player, and there is also a selection of board games. The kitchen has a contemporary feel, and has a breakfast bar with two seats, with equipment comprising of an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and coffee machine. The master bedroom is a beautiful, large space with high ceilings and elegant furnishings, including a comfy double bed.
Though there is no outside space with this apartment, there are lots of bars and cafes within walking distance where you can enjoy some al fresco dining or an evening drink. There is unrestricted roadside parking subject to availability.
