Delight in this contemporary coastal holiday home spread over three floors, located within strolling distance of the beach and an indoor leisure complex. Some of the rooms even boast sparkling sea views. Ideal for a large family or your favourite friends, it is only 1.5 miles from Eastbourne town centre, so superbly positioned for a fun, hassle-free break.

 

This terraced house is quite a find, spacious with all the facilities you need for a relaxing break. The elegant first-floor lounge with SkyTV is the perfect place to chill on the sumptuous settees. The kitchen/diner is light-filled with a rounded table for sociable meals and games. Light, fresh and spacious, yet also cosy, check out the delightful snug area for a spot of ‘me time'. The three restful bedrooms are spread over the first and second floors, the master bedroom boasting a king-size bed, en-suite shower room and lovely sea views. To the front of the property, there are shared lawn areas, while there is also a private garden for al fresco family dining.

 

The property is a mere 320 metres from the Sovereign leisure complex, with a variety of swimming pools, including an aqua challenge inflatable area, ideal for teenagers. Nearby is a large park with a boating lake, along with waterside restaurants, shops and a cinema at the waterfront boutique destination, Sovereign Harbour. Eastbourne (1.5 miles) is of historical interest, with its Victorian pier, an imposing Napoleonic fortress with free tours at weekends, and a popular theatre with a full events programme. To the west of the town, escape to the breathtaking scenery of the South Downs, with the iconic Beachy Head (7 miles) 53 feet above sea level. Other attractions in the area include the historic town of Lewes (18 miles), Glyndebourne (16 miles) and Drusillas Zoo (10 miles).

Well located town house nicely decorated and well equipped, parking for two cars and easy to find, nearby pub serves great meals also beach cafe for breakfasts and or lunch, smart TV great for your Netflix sub, had a great week despite the weather, thanks

A very comfortable and roomy home with a complete array of equipment. It is close to the sea and play areas and great for dog walking.

Ideal for families with small children, swimming pool opposite with soft play. Frequent buses to town, Brighton & Hastings. Food superstores nearby.

We had a great time. We enjoyed the spacious dining and living areas. The cottage has a lot of natural light and is super clean. The 2 parking spaces are a bonus. We were able to walk into Eastbourne - it's. good 30 to 40m each way, but very enjoyable along the sea front.

A nice townhouse, very close to the Sovereign Centre and the seafront and walkable to the town centre, pier, etc. Very well equipped kitchen and sensible servicing - provided tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine, washing up liquid, salt and pepper, soap in all bathrooms. The top floor bedrooms, in the roof, can be a bit noisy when it's raRead moreining hard or windy. It shouldn't have been doing much of either in July/August, but that's the British weather for you! A fine house near all we wanted and more. Close to park with water features and swimming pool with soft play. Easy to get out of Eastbourne, only 20 mins to Drusillas & Pevensey. Land train along front good value. Look forward to visiting again

We loved our stay at Sovereign Cottage, it was well equipped with everything we needed (and more). It was very clean and obviously had been recently updated to a very high standard. We were initially concerned the area would of been a bit too quiet for a teenager and pre teen but they found lots to do, included the nearby pool and the beach, just aRead morecross the road. It was an ideal location for visiting the south coast and there was lots of lovely walks to take the dogs. Highly recommended. Hide
