Brighton is only a short drive away with its Royal Pavilion and a shopper’s paradise offering boutique shopping combined with fantastic places to eat and drink.

Step inside this property and enter into a hallway where there is space for dropping off muddy shoes and hanging coats, and then head on through into the light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with the most fantastic views across the natural woodland pond and wildlife. The kitchen area is equipped for family entertaining with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher and a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge area offers a TV with BT Vision and DAB radio and its woodland views making it the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. The dining table with seating for four is ideal for enjoying relaxed family meals. Two small steps from the kitchen area takes you up to where you will find two bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a king-size with views across the lake and access to the decked area. The property is completed with a shower room with shower and WC.

French doors open from the lounge area out onto the decking with dining table, chairs and charcoal BBQ, perfect for toasting marshmallows whilst star gazing and wildlife spotting in the evening. A garden gate at the end of the front garden gives direct access to the local countryside footpaths. At the front of the property is parking for two cars. A delightful, tucked away place to stay. We want to see shooting stars during peak shower in mid Summer and were not disappointed by the much darker night skies there. The property owners, Jane and John, were very friendly and kind. We would definitely recommend this place, the local pub and the zipwire !
