A luxurious and spacious family home in the pretty village of Middleton-on-Sea. With a swimming pool, a hot tub and a lawn that backs right onto the beach, this is a truly five-star property perfect for family gatherings by the Sussex coast.

Decorated in a neutral, contemporary style, the lounge has a comfy sofas, patio doors open directly onto the decking outside and a stylish dining area, with a  smart dining table and chairs ideal for family mealtimes. Tasteful art decorates the walls and interesting pieces of feature furniture are selectively arranged around the room. The smart kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need and has a breakfast bar with stools for socialising. A second reception room is made up as a games room and a third as a TV room, meaning there is plenty of space for all guests of any age. Upstairs, there are four lovely bedrooms, including a super king-size bedroom which has a fabulous en-suite with roll-top bath for luxuriating after a day at the beach, and a balcony overlooking the sea. Outside there is a large garden with decking and outdoor sofa seating that overlooks the heated swimming pool and hot tub and a BBQ ensures al fresco dining on warm evenings. Enjoy a cool drink with family or friends and watch the sun go down after a day on the beach.

The village of Middleton-on-Sea offers a good selection of restaurants, pubs and shops. It is close to the beautiful South Downs where there are miles of scenic walks to enjoy as well as cycling and horse riding. Head to glorious Goodwood (10 miles) for a day at the races or visit pretty Chichester (9 miles) with its lovely cathedral and wealth of shops and restaurants. Fishbourne (11 miles), the largest Roman palace in Britain, is also well worth a visit to see its stunning, preserved mosaics.

  • 2 dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £350 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £40. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

Had a wonderful week august 2024 Was home from home for comfort . The pool and hot tub were great very clean and perfect temperatures . The children loved playing in the garden It very safe for the dogs . Wonderful to just go out back gate for the beach and walks.The kitchen had every thing you needed . This is a wonderful property in a stunning setting, the weather helped make our stay perfect. The amount of equipment provided caters for everything you could want and more. Excellent facilities, was so lovely to have a private pool and hot tub which we made good use of. Denis, the house manager, was brilliant in explaining things and helping us out with any minor hitches. Had a lovely week and was so lucky with the weather too!
