A stylish, spacious and beautifully presented apartment located just off the beach in St Leonard’s-on-Sea. This two-bedroom property is perfect for couples or a family looking for a classic seaside getaway on the south coast. With plenty to visit in the local area and a beach just a stone’s throw away, you’ll find something for everyone.

The open-plan lounge/diner is super stylish and contemporary with ample seating and a Smart TV and DVD player. The chic kitchen has everything you need for cooking up a storm and enjoying an evening meal together. Admire the far-reaching views from the windows across the beach, sea and towards the horizon. Two bedrooms, one king-size and one twin, as well as a family bathroom, complete the inside of the accommodation. Outside is a delightful roof terrace with table and chairs and spectacular views, an ideal spot for sipping an evening glass of wine or a morning coffee.

St Leonard’s is a quirky and unique seaside town that has lots of independent shops, cafes and art galleries. The beach itself is backed by a delightful promenade and when the tide goes out, there is a large sandy section for children to enjoy building sandcastles. There’s plenty to keep you occupied here, but popular town Hastings is just 0.5 miles away. Take a stroll on the pier and beach, visit the ruins of Hasting Castle or take a ride on the steepest funicular railway in the UK. Further afield, you have Bodiam Castle (11.5 miles), National Trust property Bateman’s (16 miles) and the beautiful gardens at Great Dixter House (12 miles).

We enjoyed staying in this cosy, comfortable and well equipped apartment. It was a good base for visiting all the places we wanted to see. We appreciated the characterful, interesting interior decor. The sea view was amazing and we loved watching the waves. Thank you we had a great time.

Close to train and bus routes , we had a great week visiting Battle , Bodiam Castle, Rye etc without travelling by car .Sheffield Park Gardens also do-able .

Charming and quirky apartment centrally situated for both beach and shops. Both spacious and furnished in eclectic style. Outside terrace with sea view is a real bonus to sit and relax. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to return soon.

The apartment offers good sized bedrooms, entrance area and lounge dining area. A small well equipped kitchen contains an excellent array of utensils and almost instant hot water is provided by the boiler. Most importantly we found the beds very comfortable. The view from the roof terrace is everything promised from the pictures on the website. This is a lovely flat and the weather was warm enough some days to enjoy the terrace and its sea view. It is in a great position in the heart of St Leonards. The parking was hit and miss - I briefly parked on the double yellows opposite to unload. I was unfortunately there for the 4 days when the mains water was cut off, whcih was horrible, but lucRead morekily have friends in the area who helped. But the responsibility for that was dreadful Southern Water, not the holiday company or property. Hide

Pleasant stay in a very good location. Balcony with space for a table and chairs with a great view of the sea was a plus. Appartment could do with less clutter, especially furniture.

Absolutely fantastic views of the sea from the balcony, very peaceful and relaxing holiday. Very clean and tidy rooms with lovely decor. Would highly recommend. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great flat with fabulous views of the sea. I've never been so happy to do the washing up! Spent a blissful time on the roof terrace reading and watching the sea. Really comfortable beds.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the flat. The decoration is quirky and wonderful, the furniture comfotable and the kitchen is welk equipped. Only the parasol on the terrace could not be opened and should be mended or replaced.

This is a beautiful flat with spectacular sea views, near to beach and fab independent shops/cafes and loads of great charity shops. We loved the art work and interesting furniture, and feel of space with high ceilings, and the flat is very well equipped. Needs new sofa seating to be comfortable for more than 2 but it really was a brilliant holidayRead more home. We were lucky with parking, and were able to park right outside all week. Apartment in good location with great views from the balcony. Accommodation well equipped and comfortable. Finding a space for parking can be a problem but we always managed to find somewhere not too far away.

This is a lovely flat - super comfortable and in a great location. The balcony has far-reaching views and is much bigger than the pictures give it credit for. All in all, a brilliant flat!
