Its like going back in time, as it felt we were staying in someone's house as opposed to a holiday cottage. There was a black and white photo of a couple whom I imagine were the previous occupants along with many of their personal items and artifacts, which we found a bit odd for a holiday cottage. Mariners Corner is a lovely, well equipped property with a dog friendly beach and pub within a short drive. There is also a park within a 5 minute walk which is next to a supermarket. The friendly owners were on hand to solve any problems. We enjoyed a very sunny week here with our dog, and hope to return at some point in the future.

We love Mariner's Corner. We have visited three times over the last 7 years. Location, comfort, cleanliness and the feeling of welcome with scones and wine is great. We hope to be back again in the future.

This was our 2nd stay at Mariners and once again everything was delightful. Extras such as scones on arrival, wine in the fridge and chocolates by the bedside. Fully equipped with everything you could want in a kitchen. Everything about this holiday home has been thought through with the comfort and enjoyment of the guests at heart.

Only about 30 mins from Eastbourne or Hastings and plenty of historic houses and other attractions in the area. Tesco, M&S. KFC, MacDonalds only 5 mins away by car. The driveway is a bit steep as most of Bexhill seems to be built amongst the hills but plenty of easy roadside parking so that's not a problem. We did not have a pet but they are well cRead moreatered for with blankets etc. All in all a comfortable cottage in a good location although a bit pricey. Hide
