Located in Ferring, a village on the Sussex coast, this home offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation and family activities. The village has a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, and pubs. The house’s beachfront location is ideal for swimmers and water sports lovers. It is also close to the South Downs, where you can enjoy walks, cycling, and horseback riding. A short drive away are the seaside towns of Littlehampton (8 miles) and Worthing (4 miles), known for their family-friendly attractions. You can also visit Arundel Castle (9 miles) or the city of Chichester (19.5 miles), with its cathedral and Petworth House (21.5 miles), home to a National Trust art collection.

Entering the hallway, you’ll find the modern kitchen, fully equipped with four electric ovens, a gas hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave. A table for six offers a spot for coffee or dinners. Next to the kitchen, a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer adds convenience. The nearby games room invites you to enjoy table tennis or pool. Beyond the games room, a lounge/dining area provides a space for relaxing evenings. Gather around the ten-seater dining table for home cooked meals or something special from a local takeaway or deli.  After dinner, unwind on the corner sofa or armchair, watch shows on the Smart TV, or read while overlooking the garden. A downstairs toilet adds extra convenience.

Upstairs to the first floor, you'll discover five beautifully appointed bedrooms. The two king-size bedrooms offer sea views and direct access to the balcony that spans the rear of the property. Begin your day with a cup of coffee on the balcony's bistro table and chairs, taking in the beautiful view as you plan your day.  The other three bedrooms include a king-size room, a twin room with 2ft 6" zip-and-link (which can be made into a king-size on request) and a nursery with travel cot, which could also double as a snug room.  Completing the first floor are two shower rooms with WC.

Outside, enjoy the deck with a dining table and seating. A private gate at the end of the garden leads directly to the beach, which stretches for miles. As the day ends, enjoy a BBQ while watching the sunset, relaxing with a glass of wine at the patio table. The property also includes parking for two cars.

Oceans is a wonderful house, in the most fantastic location. We were very lucky to have lovely weather. Sitting in the sunny garden, looking at the view of the sea was very special.

A lovely, spacious home in a fantastic location. Walk out through the gate at the end on the garden onto the beach and five minutes to the cafe for breakfast, lunch or just a coffee or ice cream.

Fantastic location right on the beach, yet secluded enough not to feel exposed. Very sheltered patio area, great for sunbathing, even in late September! We had everything we needed - spacious rooms, comfy beds, kitchen and living areas worked well for a large group and the 2 bedrooms overlooking the sea were huge. The kids/grandkids made very good Read moreuse of the pool and table tennis tables and everyone agreed it was the perfect venue for our family gathering. Hide

6 adults and 2 children had a wonderful week in Oceans. The location couldn't be better, sea at the bottom of the garden and the Bluebird cafe a 2 minute walk. So peaceful. Plenty of garden furniture to relax on, umbrellas to provide shade which was needed, we were so fortunate having a sunny week. Beds very comfortable. Huge house with loads of space for all. Wonderful location right on the beach.. Clean and well equipped. We'd love to come back. Hosts were also communicative and helpful.
