Lovely and clean and well equipped. The towels were nice and thick. Beds a little hard for us but ok. But we found a number of chipped and cracked mugs and plates in the cupboard. The garden gate was broken and the fence falling down We had the feeling the owners have fallen out of love with the property.

We had a great stay over Xmas at the house in Camber. The kitchen area is great for family cooking and eating with great equipment. The Lounge is cosy and nice and the beds are excellent. All in all an excellent stay.

We had a lovely week, great location being directly opposite the beach and a short walk to a small well stocked shop. The only slight niggle was the request that dogs remain downstairs, as this was not in the details when booking. However I can understand the request as the house was spotless.

The property was very good and included many toys for our grandchildren to play with. Car parking was good with sufficient room for the two vehicles in our party. We did have a problem with the set of upvc doors leading onto the balcony which we couldn't open. Full marks to the owners however who rapidly had this attended to.

Great place to stay. A stones throw from The Owl pub which does exceptionally good food. Round the corner on the same road as Pontins is a shop that sells fresh pastries. A lovely area, close to quant town of Rye.
