Stunning property enjoying a prime location in Whitstable, a delightful seaside town that offers plenty of activities for families and couples. The town has a wealth of independent shops, and a fine selection of restaurants, cafes, and pubs. Enjoy beautiful countryside or coastal walks and a variety of water sports including windsurfing, kite surfing and sailing. Visit Whitstable Castle, or follow the Crab and Winkle Way from Whitstable to Canterbury, or take a bike ride along the seafront to Herne Bay (5 miles). For keen walkers, Duncan Down is a mile away with 52 acres of grassland, woodland, and ponds. Canterbury is just 7 miles away and is the home of the country’s oldest cathedral and the perfect place to enjoy some history and culture.

This stylish property has been updated with modern fixtures and fittings without losing the historic character of the building. Step into the hallway with space for hanging coats and dropping off buckets and spades before heading into the warm and cosy lounge with the bay windows bringing in lots of light. Light the wood burner on chilly evenings and curl up with a good book or settle down to watch a film on the Smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped for all your culinary needs and the dining room is the perfect place for a family board game after dinner. Completing the ground floor is the first of the bedrooms, a double room which enjoys views over the garden, there is also a separate WC next to the bedroom. Heading up to the split-level first floor, you will find a double bedroom and a bathroom with a sumptuous double-ended slipper bath for enjoying a long hot soak. A couple of steps up on the landing will take you to the second bedroom with a beautiful king-size four-poster bed.

French doors from the dining room lead out into the fully enclosed garden which has a lovely beach theme. Enjoy a spot of outside entertaining with a charcoal BBQ and patio furniture or relax in one of the two deckchairs for a quiet afternoon snooze.

Few minor issues with the property but no problem really apart from parking. It's a free for all. If your not worried about parking up the road a little then it's a good place. No damage to our car. Just a pain unloading etc. If lucky you can park outside the house
