Tucked behind the sand dunes, this stunning seaside home is just 100 metres from the vast expanse of soft golden sand at Camber. Head to medieval Rye (3 miles) for an afternoon’s exploring where you will find cobbled streets lined with independent shops selling antiques, freshly caught seafood and delicious coffee. For those looking to explore further afield, nearby Hastings (12 miles) offer plenty of family fun and seaside attractions or head to Bodiam Castle, Great Dixter House and Gardens, and Port Lympe Safari Park which are all within 20 miles.

You are welcomed into the spacious, coastal inspired property with open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner that overlooks the garden with two comfy sofas and Smart TV. This is a fantastic space for family celebrations and entertaining or just perfect for curling up on a chilly afternoon and enjoying a good book. The kitchen area has been thoughtfully designed with reclaimed wooden splashbacks and a breakfast bar with a chalkboard and chalks to keep the little ones entertained whilst you prepare dinner, before heading to the dining table. The ground floor offers four of the bedrooms: two king-size bedrooms with Smart TVs and en-suite shower rooms, a double and a bunk bedroom which has patio doors that lead into the garden. The ground floor is completed with a family bathroom and a handy utility room. Heading upstairs there a further two bedrooms in the eaves of the property: a twin room and a double.

Patio doors lead out into the fully enclosed garden which is a delight to spend time in and soak up the sunshine. Cleverly designed with artificial grass to be soft underfoot there is plenty of patio seating for enjoying family BBQs. Sun loungers offer the perfect place for a spot of sunbathing if you want a quiet day at home whilst children will enjoy playing on the outdoor climbing frame with slide and swing or building sandcastles in the sand pit. The newly built snug games room offers a chill out area with multi function games table (pool, table tennis, air hockey), with a selection of board games and puzzles.

Home away from home. Decorated beautifully. There was 11 of us, everyone was able to sit comfortably. The house is so lovely and there are so many things to do in the home. This property is perfect for a family beach holiday for all generations. So close to the beach (which is stunning) and ideally located to visit loads of local attractions. Stayed at Casasands the week before Easter. Very cozy and welcoming on arrival. Easter decorations and welcome basket were a lovely touch. Really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for a family getaway. It is situated a few minutes walk from a beautiful sandy beach. Cottage is on a private road but also accessible by pedestrians. We were able to get 3 cars on its forecourt. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were very well equipped and we wanted for nothing. Casasands is in a great spot, moments from the beach..the children loved the play area. Excellent showers. We had a great time at casasands comfortable lounge with lovely outlook onto a Great garden especially for small children. There was 11 of us and we were all very comfortable, it was very well equipped. Fantastic beach a short walk away and a short ride into Rye . What a happy house! You could tell they'd put a lot of effort into the decoration of the place and the kids loved all the toys, climbing frame and sand pit.
