Conveniently located in the heart of this bustling seaside town, and within walking distance of both Viking Bay (0.5 miles) and Louisa Bay (0.6 miles) beaches this is the perfect base for couples and families to enjoy a fun-filled holiday exploring the Kent coastline. A short stroll takes you to the centre of Broadstairs, (0.5 miles) famously favoured by Charles Dickens and Queen Victoria and offering no less than seven nearby sandy beaches as well as an attractive harbour, mini golf, and a cliff top promenade. With its many independent shops, restaurants, and pubs, there is something for everyone. Keen walkers and cyclists will enjoy the scenic coastal Viking Trail that runs from Reculver along to Margate and Ramsgate, and for those looking for a spot of retail therapy Westwood Cross, one of the Uk’s largest retail parks is just 2 miles away.

A warm welcome awaits you as you step into the hallway where there is space for dropping off shoes and coats before heading through to the cosy lounge which has been furnished with comfy seating and a Smart TV for relaxing after a busy day at the beach. Continuing along the hallway the dining room is the perfect place to enjoy family meals or getting the family together for an evening of board games. From the dining room head through into the well-equipped kitchen that has everything you may need for whipping up a delicious meal and from here there is a door to the lower ground floor where you will find a games room with a pool table – perfect for keeping everyone entertained on a rainy day.

Heading upstairs there are two light and bright double bedrooms, and the property is completed with a spacious family bathroom. Heading outside you’ll find a delightful, fully enclosed courtyard garden with a patio area with a table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ – perfect for enjoying a relaxing afternoon in the garden.

We had a lovely stay here in Broadstairs well equipped house with all we needed for the family and well stocked kitchen. It's a relatively short one walk down to the beach and we did this everyday. Would certainly recommend!

Good location, comfortable beds and lounge space. Well equipped kitchen. Parking was okay when we visited in May half term. Lovely welcome pack and a few essentials were provided on arrival (such as toilet paper etc!) which was much appreciated. Enjoyed the pictures on the walls (lovely artwork) which added to the holiday location/feel.
