This stylish apartment is situated adjacent to the beautiful sandy beach in Ramsgate and within 0.25 miles of the historic harbour. Here, there is a vibrant yachting community and many shops, bars, and restaurants, making it a great place to while away an afternoon. Keen walkers can take a stroll along the Viking Coastal Trail which runs from Ramsgate around the Kent coastline to Herne Bay, taking in the pretty towns of Margate (5 miles) with its famous Turner Contemporary Gallery and Dreamland Theme Park, and Broadstairs (2 miles) known for being Charles Dickens’ favourite holiday spot, and where visitors can learn more about the author at the Dickens House Museum. For a spot of retail therapy, visit Westwood Cross (2 miles), one of Europe’s largest retail parks.

Enter this stunning beachfront property and you’ll be welcomed into the hallway with ample space for dropping off coats and shoes before heading into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge with two comfortable armchairs, a sofa, and a Smart TV is the perfect place to sit and relax whilst enjoying the stunning sea views. Enjoy preparing delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen before sitting down to eat in the dining area that seats everyone for sociable family meals. Heading further into the property, you will find the two king-size bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room with WC. The other bedroom has a Smart TV and use of the large family bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. Completing the property is a handy utility cupboard with a washing machine.

Head through the French doors onto the large balcony with seating to sit and enjoy a glass of wine whilst enjoying the spectacular sea views the property has to offer. There is direct beach access as you exit the property straight onto the promenade and secure private parking for one car with an untethered electric charging point (fees apply).

Fabulous apartment in Ramsgate overlooking the sandy beach and sea. Beautifully clean on arrival and so spacious. It was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly require for a weeks stay.

Gorgeous modern eco-friendly flat right on the sea front. Lovely listening to the sound of waves crashing on the beach at night. Lovely big balcony with a sea view (we had sunny weather all week and were out there a lot). The flat is beautifully appointed and we had a great time.

Fantastic location. Great view. Very comfortable. Ideal for swimming in the sea without needing to change on the beach.
