This charming property is located in Loxwood which is home to a village shop and several pubs. It is nestled in a rural location with immediate access to a network of footpaths, bridleways and cycling trails. Keen foodies will enjoy savouring the produce of the many local vineyards including Upperton Vineyard (11 miles), Nyetimber (9.2 miles) as well as many others across the South Downs. There are numerous small towns locally offering independent shops and eateries to explore, including Petworth, Arundel and Godalming, with the latter offering a mainline rail link to London. Keen gardeners will enjoy discovering the beautiful gardens nearby such a Leonardslee (17 miles) as well as a wealth of National Trust properties such as Petworth House (11 miles). The Weald and Downland Museum and Goodwood House (23 miles), famous for its motor circuit and horse racing, both make for fascinating days out, as does watching the polo at Cowdray Park (15 miles). A trip to the coastline is 22 miles with many beautiful beaches to explore.

Upon stepping into this characterful property with its beautiful high ceilings and many original beams, you will be instantly greeted by a welcoming and homely open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Cosy up in front of the warming wood burner after an eventful day exploring the local area and relax on the comfortable sofa with a good film on the Smart TV. Whip up a romantic meal in the well-equipped kitchen before retreating to the sumptuous bedroom that boasts a generous king-size bed with a high quality ‘Herdysleep’ mattress to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep, and the added luxury of an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. A daybed in the open-plan living area can be converted into a double bed suitable for 1 person (on request). Please note that the shower room is only accessible via the bedroom.

Stepping out of the property you will find a lovely bistro set that overlooks the owners’ garden and is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee and croissant before heading out for the day, or an evening drink listening to the beautiful chorus of bird song.

Really lovely cosy barn with everything you need. Great location for walks from the doorstep, exploring further afield and good pubs. Owners really friendly and helpful.

A beautiful, quiet setting. The owner provided a freshly baked cake for our arrival which was delicious. The owner was helpful in providing us with a fan during the very hot spell. It was a wonderful holiday.

Millers Barn is a beautiful property to stay in and hosts were very, very helpful and welcoming. Lots of interesting places to visit in the area. Lovely to have a walk along the canal so close to the property too. A peaceful and relaxing stay with all you need for your holiday provided. Would highly recommend this property for a wonderful holiday.

Millers Barn is a beautifully renovated barn in a lovely rural village with nice walks on your doorstep. The owners have done this cottage proud, with everything you need and a stunning log burner. If you're looking for relaxing break in a comfortable setting you won't go far wrong. My partner and I had a wonderful long weekend at Miller Barn - our hosts went above and beyond to make us comfortable; everything had been thought of down to the last detail and the barn was lovely and cosy. There were beautiful walks and scenery on our doorstep, and pubs and a butcher/ deli in easy walking distance (we dont drive so this can be a Read moredifficult find!) I could not fault our stay, and could not recommend it more, we will certainly be returning! Hide

A perfect retreat! Couldnt have asked for anything more - we could have stayed forever! The barn itself is very comfortable, tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Location is peaceful, yet within easy access of facilities. Highly recommend the local walks, stopping off to refuel at one of the local pubs!

The cottage is impeccable, up to the smallest detail to ensure your comfort. Fantastic opportunity for walking and exploring.
