30s time on shutter (if working) is not long enough, we had a white van parked opposite entrance, which made life difficult (at lease 4 point turn to reverse in). Space 7 required a person outside the car to give instructions as clearances are so tight that all the sensors are sounding off as you manoeuvre! Really beautiful property exactly like the photographs. Excellent location for exploring Rye. The wifi was also excellent - very important when you bring teenagers! The beds were very comfortable. It does get quite hot as its the top of the building. Appreciated the car park space but not the fiddly access. I would definitely recommend the property

Really lovely apartment within walking distance of the centre of Rye. Very clean and well equipped, likewise with the communal areas of the apartment block. Three very good sized bedrooms and a very comfortable kitchen/diner/lounge area. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

This apartment was one of the best we have ever stayed in. It was elegant, comfortable, extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean.
