Located adjoining the owner’s property in the hamlet of Woodmancote, just a mile from the pretty village of Henfield in West Sussex and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Offering guests a peaceful and relaxing retreat makes this a great escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are many nearby attractions to explore, including Devils Dyke, Leonardslee Gardens, Nymans, Parham House and Gardens, as well as several local vineyards, all within 15 miles. Keen walkers can enjoy exploring the South Downs National Park straight from your doorstep which offers visitors miles of picturesque walking and cycling trails, as well as panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. For those looking for a trip to the coast, Brighton is a short drive away (10 miles) and is a bustling seaside resort with its range of shops and well-known attractions such as the Brighton i360 and Royal Pavilion.

Enter through the front door into the light and spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with large picture windows offering views over the landscaped gardens. The lounge area has a large comfy corner sofa and is the perfect spot for relaxing in front of the contemporary gas effect fire with a good book or catching up on your favourite TV programmes on the Smart TV with a Sky TV package including Sky Sports and Sky Movies, Netflix and Amazon Prime. The contemporary kitchen area has all the equipment you would expect for whipping up delicious meals before sitting down to dine at the dining table with seating for all. Completing the ground floor is a handy utility area and a ground floor WC. Heading upstairs there are two king-size bedrooms, both with TVs and access to a balcony with views over the front garden. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with WC and the other bedroom has use of the family shower room which has a shower and WC.

Heading outside there is a delightful seating area overlooking the rear garden.

Excellent. We have stayed in many UK cottages. This is one of the best. It felt like a home from home. Highly recommend.
