Located in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this beautiful holiday home is full of character and charm with stunning views across the rolling countryside that reach as far as the sea on a clear day. Keen walkers will enjoy exploring the local footpaths on offer, and for those that want to venture further afield, hop in the car and a short drive will take you to the market towns of Heathfield (6 miles) or Battle (6 miles) home of Battle Abbey, the site of the 1066 Battle of Hastings. Other attractions on offer nearby include Batemans, the former home of Rudyard Kipling (4 miles), Pashley Manor Gardens (10 miles), and Bodiam Castle (11 miles). Bexhill with its famous De La Warr Pavilion and the rest of the Sussex coastline, is only a 10-mile drive away, where you can find sandy and pebbled beaches and bustling seaside towns and villages.

Step inside this beautiful property via the grand double entrance doors which leads you into the spectacular, vaulted, open-plan lounge/dining room which has a central wood burner, a wealth of exposed timbers, and exposed brickwork. Relax in front of the Smart TV after a busy day exploring the local countryside or gather the family together for a delicious meal in the dining area. Adjacent to this room is the well-equipped kitchen which has everything you need for preparing family meals, and a breakfast bar – perfect for a morning coffee or to chat whilst dinner is being prepared. A glass walkway, with seating and views of the garden on both sides, leads you through to the three cosy en-suite bedrooms: a king-size room with en-suite bathroom, a double room, and a twin room, both with en-suite shower rooms.
