We have just had a nice sunny week there, it is ideal for the beach, if you don't mind a pebbly beach and the sea is fine for swimming and paddle boarding. Roses fish and chip shop is good and most things can be found in the village or Tescos! The property was nice and clean and nicely decorated - everything there was in good working order. A lovely house, with plenty of room for everyone and a hot tub, made it perfect. The owner was on the end of a phone with hot tub operation queries, so that meant we got to use it on the first day. The house had pretty much all we needed, and is right next to the beach and a lovely beach bar! Local attractions - Beachy Head, Brighton, Hastings, andRead more Pevensey with its fascinating castle. A lovely garden meant the dog was secure and enough outdoor seating for all, but note no bbq. Happy to return! Hide

House very comfortable and well equipped. Very close to beach, although no sand and very steep. Plenty of parking right outside the house. Beach bar very convenient. Enclosed gardens with lovely furniture and hot tub.
