This terraced family and dog-friendly property is located within a short walk (50 metres) of the beach at Pevensey Bay. It’s perfect for those who enjoy swimming, water sports such as windsurfing and paddleboarding, or a spot of fishing. All the local amenities of Pevensey Bay are also within a short walk (500 metres) and offer a wealth of independent eateries and shops. Just a short drive from the property is the historic village of Pevensey with its striking castle, now an English Heritage site, and the Sovereign Harbour Marina which is a great place for a spot of lunch whilst admiring the wide variety of boats moored up. Further along the coast are the towns of Eastbourne (4.5 miles) with its award-winning contemporary art gallery, and seaside attractions, as well as Bexhill (8 miles) and Hastings (12.5 miles). For animal lovers, Drusilla’s Park at Alfriston (10 miles) offers a great family day out.

On entering the property, you will arrive in the light and bright open-plan lounge/diner which is the perfect place to relax after a busy day at the beach. Curl up on one of the two comfy sofas in front of the open fire and Smart TV. The dining area is the perfect place for those all-important family mealtimes or to gather the family together for an evening of board games. Beyond the dining area is the well-equipped kitchen with everything you may need to create delicious family meals and a breakfast area with a table and chairs – ideal for morning coffee or chatting while dinner is prepared. Located just off the kitchen is the conservatory which is the dog den, with dog gates and sofas and a TV. It is a handy utility area with a washing machine and dishwasher, too. Completing the ground floor is a small WC. Heading up to the first floor, you will find the first two bedrooms, a king-size bedroom and a double bedroom. The family bathroom is also located on this floor. A further set of steep cottage-style stairs takes you up into the eaves of the property where you will find the third bedroom with low, sloping ceilings, a double bedroom with an additional single bed for an extra guest.

Heading outside, there is a fully enclosed sunny garden with a decked area offering patio seating and a charcoal BBQ.
