This lovingly and tastefully styled second-floor apartment is just moments from the beach at Bexhill-on-Sea and offers the perfect seaside getaway for couples and families. Ideally situated, just 50 metres from the 2-mile-long promenade and shingle beach. Spend the day strolling around the many independent shops, restaurants, and cafes, as well enjoying a trip to the De La Warr Pavilion which hosts numerous events and art exhibitions throughout the year. For keen walkers and cyclists, there are many routes to take you along the coast or you could venture to the nearby High Weald, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with breathtaking countryside walks (within 20 miles). For those interested in venturing further afield, there are numerous attractions within a 20-mile radius including Bodiam Castle, Great Dixter House and Gardens, Battle Abbey and Drusilla’s Zoo. The seaside resort town of Eastbourne is 13 miles along the coast.

Ascend the steps to this charming second-floor seaside apartment. Step inside, where there is space for dropping off coats and shoes before heading up a flight of stairs to the light and bright lounge/diner which has a wonderful picture window with two perfectly positioned armchairs for soaking in the stunning sea views. Relax here with a good book or just enjoy watching the boats bob along out at sea. At the end of the day, it’s also the perfect spot for watching the sun go down with a glass of something chilled. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV with basic Sky package, Netflix and Amazon Prime included – ideal for curling up and catching up on your favourite programmes. There is a dining table with seating for four for enjoying delicious home cooked meals. The kitchen is located at the rear of the property and is well equipped with everything you may need for preparing meals. The attractive shower room is also located at the rear of the property. The property is completed by two nicely furnished bedrooms: a king-size and a twin.

Heading outside, the beach is just 50 metres from the property and there are several cafes and restaurants offering outside dining within 500 metres.

This flat is really lovely. It is clean and comfortable. It is close to the sea and has an amazing picture window looking out to sea. Bexhill on Sea is a beautiful quiet place with lots of shops and museum. It is handy for trips to Hastings. We enjoyed staying and will return.

We stayed in the holiday apartment as a family with two children. The apartment is lovely, well equipped and very clean. From the living room window, you have a really great view of the sea. There was enough parking space on the street directly in front of the house. We loved the proximity to the beach and had a lovely holiday in Bexhill. From therRead moree, you can easily explore the area by car or train. (Brighton, Rye, Hastings, Seven Sisters etc.) We highly recommend the apartment and the location. Hide
