Nestled adjacent to the owners' home in a peaceful spot, this converted barn offers a delightful holiday home.  Just  five miles away lies the historic town of Chichester, known for its cathedral, theatre, shops, eateries, bars and markets.  It's also close to the Goodwood Estate and the beautiful South Downs for walks.  East and West Wittering beaches are perfect for sunny days.  In the evening, stroll half a mile to the village for meals or drinks at the local pub.

Inside, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has original features blending charm with modernity.  The well-equipped kitchen is ready for breakfast, and the lounge has a Smart TV.  The bedroom has a king-size bed with views of the countryside.

Outside, there's a sunny spot to enjoy drinks.  In summer, there is use of the owners on site heated swimming pool between 17th May to end of September during daylight hours.
