The ground floor of this immaculate property is home to a spacious open-plan living and dining area that is beautifully furnished and welcoming. A large sofa bed in the living area offers flexible sleeping opportunities. The modern and stylish kitchen includes everything needed for a self-catering break and includes access to the garden area. Up one flight of stairs are two tastefully decorated bedrooms, a double and a super-king-size zip-and-link which can be arranged as a twin on request. Lovely cottage on the eastern edge of the beautifully bohemian North Laine district of central Brighton, just a short walk downhill from the train station. Superbly located, with lovely shops, old-fashioned 'independent' bars and restaurants within a stone's throw of the cottage, and many cultural amenities also nearby. At the end of the street is Read moreone of the loveliest, friendliest, pubs in the world, The Basketmakers. If we ever move to Brighton, this is the street we would want to live in. Hide

Beautiful cottage close to the Laines and eclectic shops. Lots of pubs and eateries. It is very well equipped and has space for you all to sit down in the lounge area. It's on a narrow one-way street. There's enough space to drop things off and park your car elsewhere. We stayed over Christmas, and it was cosy and warm. I would stay again.

This is the third time we have stayed in this property, its location is central and is an ideal base for us to visit family. Having a secure garden certainly is a bonus with an active spaniel.

Th house fulfilled all our expectations, the quality of beddings and kitchen appliance was outstanding. We enjoyed very much our stay and the location of the house enables to stop there for a short break in the day, and in the meantime was very quiet. I highly recommend this cottage.
