This cosy, two-storey cottage offers a home away from home for a couple or small family looking to explore Hythe and the Kent Heritage Coast. The historic town of Hythe sits between the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the sea, offering an abundance of outdoors activities for all ages. The Royal Military Canal runs for 28 miles from Hythe to Cliff End in Sussex, passing within 300 metres of the cottage – here you can pick up walking or cycling trails, or even hire a boat and row a stretch of the water. The town offers quirky shops and some wonderful restaurants and gastropubs, along with a beautiful beachfront and shingle beach. Hop on board a train on the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway for a journey along the coast. There’s plenty beyond the town too, with walking, birdwatching, and several castles to explore, while the port town of Folkestone is just 4 miles away.

This is an elegant two-bedroom terraced property, offering stylish and comfortable accommodation. The lounge is light and bright, with relaxing sofas and an ornamental fireplace giving a welcoming feel as you enter the property. There’s a separate dining room with a door leading to the rear courtyard and another into the small but well-equipped kitchen. Absolutely delightful cottage a real home from home, exceptionally clean and decorated to a high standard i would definitely go back
