This stunning apartment is located in the Kemp Town area of Brighton, offering cosy accommodation for a couple from which to explore the city’s fabulous, independent shops, nightlife, eateries and famous beach. Brighton is a perfect location for a getaway, with fantastic Regency architecture, an iconic pier, winding streets to explore and a long beach. The quieter beaches of Rottingdean and Saltdean are only 4.5 miles away too.

Access to the apartment is via a shared entrance and three flights of stairs. The open-plan living and dining room is stylishly furnished with a feature sash window that floods the room with light – it’s an ideal place to relax after a day’s sightseeing. The sofa can be converted to a single bed to provide additional accommodation for one guest. The contemporary kitchen is well-equipped with elegant touches such as copper-themed accessories. The double bedroom is bright and welcoming with a further original sash window, while the bathroom is bright, spacious and modern.

There is no private outside space included with this property, however, guests are just a few moments from the beach.

Lovely location and a nice flat with everything you need. Great for a couple or a single person. Slightly let down by an uncomfy bed, but would still reccomend overall.

A very nice flat overall. Small but attractive and well located near to the sea, the centre of Brighton, the pier is a short walk away, pubs, bars and restaurants just around the corner, as well as a number of grocery stores (Morrisons is best). The flat is up a number of stairs with no lift (not a problem for me). Comfortable except that the mattrRead moreess was a little hard (again ok for me). The kitchen sink was blocked so that water drained away very slowly. As well, the wifi is pretty slow. Just about OK to stream Netflix. Sometimes the speed dropped even slower, but restarting the wifi box fixed it every time. Hide
