Situated in the village of Woodchurch, this pretty cottage is a great base from which to explore as a family and embrace a slower pace of life. The village shops and pub are just a mile away with fresh, local food available at the greengrocers and butchers. The South of England Rare Breeds Centre (3.4 miles) will appeal to all ages with a soft play centre, an array of farm animals and the opportunity to take a tractor ride around the site. Other attractions in the area include Godinton House and Gardens (8.6 miles) for a serene day out with wide open spaces or 28-mile Royal Military Canal offers a lovely, easy walking route (5.4 miles).

The open-plan kitchen/living room/diner is the centre of the home, with a three-seater sofa, armchairs and a smart TV for relaxing in the evenings after enjoying a meal at the Scandinavian style dining table set for four. The first of the bedrooms sits to one end of the property offering additional privacy, furnished with a double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a TV. What’s more, the bedroom features a set of French doors leading out to the front lawn where sunrises can be seen. The second bedroom has a set of twin beds and plenty of storage for children. Serving the property is a large wet-room style bathroom with a walk-in shower and underfloor heating.

To the front of the property there is both a large and a small lawn, whilst to the rear there is a south-facing patio, perfect for soaking up the sine and enjoying a meal outdoors when the weather is good.

This Holiday home is set in the heart of Kent, within reach of many interesting places of interest, We have just spent 14 days in this Idyllic County and still not managed to visit it all.so have to return. Excellent accommodation, Homely yet to a very high standard, plus a lovely private garden. The bungalow was charming, very well equipped and ideal for us to stretch out and touch most of east and west of Kent a well as north and south, and after a day from 9 am until 6 - 7 in the evening we were able to sit out on the sweet patio to relax. Thank you for our time with you

Lovely pet secure little cottage, simple touches like motion sensor lights made it easy to get around at night. Large effective fans provided which was a big plus as this is something Centre Parcs don't do. This is probably one of the best cottages we have ever stayed at , the overall cleanliness and standard of decor and facilities were outstanding. The small garden is a safe haven for a dog. Great little cottage, with everything you need. We took our year old staffie and although the garden is enclosed 3 sides, there is a gate on the 4th which he could have tried to jump over, so we stayed outside with him. Accurate description of the property, ease of booking and competitive pricing. Pretty well equipped cottage in a good rural location, lots of walks close to the property ideal as we had our dog with us. Good location for exploring the Kent countryside.

1) Comfort and quality: the only thing we would mention is the fact, that one of the sleeping rooms gets extremly heated up in the morning sun. After sunrise the temperatures went up really fast and lead to uncomfortable conditions. There should be a shrub or a tree that provides enough shade.
