The bustle of Brighton, with its vibrant streets, historic pier, Royal Pavilion, exciting shops and places to eat and drink, is just 1 mile away. Calmer and more peaceful than its neighbour, Hove offers stunning Regency architecture and walks along the seafront. Lancing Beach with beach huts and a quiet, long sand and shingle beach is 10 miles away.

Sheila and David were very friendly and the parking was a bonus, we didn't move the car all week. The flat was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed and so close to all the amenities.

We're were delighted with the high standard of accommodation inside the property as well as the location in a quiet mews five minutes from the sea. The property owner was helpful and welcoming and very kindly let use leave our luggage on sit e until mid afternoon of departure.

Good location not far from the beach and other amenities, also good transport links. In general a well equipped flat with most things you will need for your stay, and a good amount of space. Attentive host just downstairs.

We were very disappointed in the overall cleanliness . Everything very basic . Would suggest you take your own towels. We would not recommend this property.
