This fantastic property is situated in the thriving area of Kemptown, approximately 1.5 miles from Brighton city centre. Step out of your holiday home and admire the elegant seafront crescents and pretty squares, a reminder of the city’s Victorian and Edwardian past. This area has a myriad of independent shops to explore including a local wine cellar, butcher, baker and numerous coffee shops. You are also moments from the beach, a 500-metre walk, so it’s easy to leave the car at home during your coastal stay. The popular beach is the perfect location for families and friends, with Jungle Rumble Adventure Golf and Peter Pan Playground for children and Beach Box Sauna for adults. This year-round outdoor sauna and spa area has a selection of different saunas and ice-cold plunge pools, to add an invigorating element to your break. Take a walk a mile or so down the seafront and you will reach the centre of Brighton, where you can find Brighton Pier and a dizzying array of boutiques, high street shops, restaurants, galleries, museums, cafes, bars and much more. Whether you are sharing the property with friends or bringing along your family, this property is perfectly positioned to explore the best of Brighton.

This three-bedroom Victorian house has been carefully styled to a very high standard. The interior design of this property gives the space a clean and contemporary feel, whilst also being comfortable and homely. The bright and airy lounge features high ceilings and bay windows which allow the light to flood into the room. A large Smart TV, comfortable sofas and a traditional wood burner create the perfect space for winding down and relaxing after a day at the beach. The dining room continues the modern theme with feature lighting and a large table which can seat up to eight guests, the perfect space for sharing meals together and creating lasting memories during your stay. The quirky kitchen is a colourful space containing everything you will need for your self-catering stay. There’s a coffee machine in the kitchen too, for the perfect start to your day. A separate snug with a Smart TV and sofas creates an additional space for family members or friends to enjoy. There are two stylish bedrooms (one double, one king-size) on the first floor, which have been designed with comfort in mind. The king-size room boasts its own en-suite bathroom with a rainfall shower, and there’s an additional family bathroom on this floor with a large roll-top bath and walk-in shower. Upstairs onto the second floor, you will find the third bedroom which has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom and sofa bed.

This property has a fantastic roof terrace which can be heated for chilly evenings. There’s outdoor furniture here too including a table and chairs, sofa and beanbags. Bring your lunch upstairs for an unforgettable meal together or simply relax under the stars with a bottle of fizz during the evening.

Just a hop, skip and a jump to the beach, we loved our walks along the new boardwalk. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and very nicely stocked kitchen, we really enjoyed our stay.

Anna's Place is a wonderful property in a lovely part of Brighton and very close to the seafront. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped and there were enough bathrooms for everyone staying there. Kemptown is well-endowed with lovely coffee shops, supermarkets etc. and there is a fantastic bakery near to Anna's Place as well asRead more an excellent pizza takeaway establishment. Lovely whole house property in Kemptown with lots of bars cafes etc close by and easy walk into centre of Brighton itself. Very roomy and light , excellent new appliances throughout and very comfy beds. Parking permits a big bonus as Brighton parking very difficult and expensive Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

We had problems sorting out the booking early on which were quite stressfull to sort out. Thankfully one of your members of staff did resolve the situation. The property itself was decorated and fitted out to a high standard and we had a lovely stay. We had a wonderful Bank Holiday weekend at Annas Place. The house was stunning and spotlessly clean. Our teenagers particularly enjoyed the TV Den and the rooftop patio, as well as having their own bathroom and space in the air-conditioned loft. The house was a short walk to a dog-friendly part of the beach, and a mini railway ride to the pier and Read moreThe Lanes. And if you have a Blue Badge, you can park in one of the disabled bays outside the house for free 24/7. The whole place suited us perfectly. We hope to come back next year. Hide
