This lovely, two-bedroom house close to the seafront is an excellent base for families or friends looking for a proper beach holiday. Broadstairs is a fantastic destination known for providing everything you need for an authentic British seaside holiday. It’s home to no less than seven beautiful beaches with beach huts, surf schools and a historic promenade, and coastal walks connecting them. Lining the waterfront, you’ll find old-fashioned arcades and amusements, fish and chip shops, tea rooms and ice cream parlours. If you fancy a change, why not visit the bustling marina and port of Ramsgate (3 miles)? Or head to Margate (4 miles) with its beautiful beach, historic pier, fairground, museums and art galleries.

This seaside property is thoughtfully designed and decorated with your comfort in mind. It’s spread over three floors, with the ground floor holding a utility area with laundry facilities, a cloakroom with a WC and wash basin, and a storage area for sandy surfboards, shoes and beach toys. On the first floor, you’ll find the living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, open-plan dining space, and a comfortable lounge with leather sofas and a floor-to-ceiling, sea-view window. Charming and very well equipped, with delightful sea views from the front of property. Quiet and conveniently situated - only a short walk to seafront and amenities. Adequate parking, very important in busy Broadstairs. Very nice owner.

We loved staying here and could have stayed longer. The location was brilliant with Broadstairs and various beaches within 5-10 mins walk. The house itself was in a really quiet area, had parking and was well presented and we felt really comfortable. We would definitely book again!

The stay at Stone Gardens was excellent. The house is perfectly located for walking distance to both the beach and town. The house was clean and comfortable and the garden is also a sun trap! Mike, the owner, was also really helpful. Overall cant recommend the place enough!
