Visit the golden sands of Pevensey Bay (19 miles) for a day out at the beach or head to Royal Tunbridge Wells (15 miles) for a spot of history and a fine selection of shops and eateries. There are two golf clubs within close proximity, Horam Park, a 9-hole course (3 miles and Wellhurst, an 18-hole course (4 miles) boasting scenic views for a round.
The back door of the property opens into a spacious vibrant kitchen and through to a dining room seating six guests. For entertainment for all ages, there is a games room featuring a football table dart board and a selection of books and games. The living room has ample space to socialise or relax in peace, with two leather sofas, two chairs, a Smart TV with surround sound and wide-open French doors leading outside. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor, starting with the king-size room which is well-furnished with drawers, wardrobes and a dressing area, as well as enjoying an ensuite bathroom. There is a further double and twin bedroom next to the family shower room.
