The three properties within this complex are eco-friendly with sustainable credentials, including a ground source heat pump and solar panels. Comprising one cottage with four bedrooms and two cottages with two bedrooms, each boasts plenty of space, luxurious finishes and unique character. The open-plan living and dining areas of the properties feature wood burners and exposed beams, and are spacious and filled with light, offering ample opportunity for gathering and relaxing together. Kitchens are modern and well-equipped, with everything needed for a fabulous self-catering break. The two-bedroom properties offer one super-king-size and one twin bedroom each, while the four-bedroom property has two king-size rooms (one with an en-suite bathroom), one double and one twin room. Bathrooms and shower rooms are individually designed and well-appointed. One of the two-bedroomed properties includes ramp access.

Fabulous property that suited a three families get together. It has all the benefits of a modern property, but the use of oak frame means it just feels congruent with the countryside. Location is stunning (and the weather was perfect). It is the most delightful part of Kent. Beautiful views and total tranquility.

We enjoyed our stay at Churchlands very much and it suited our family ( 10 adults, 4 small children and one infant plus a small dog ) perfectly for a big family occasion. The accommodation was stunning and very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The vineyard outlook from the barn and terrace was delightful . The hot tubs were well used and greatRead more for star gazing - the main hot tub also overlooks the vineyard. Good base for visits to Rye, Romney Marsh, Camber Sands and Dungeness. Hide
