Set within Hastings Country Park in an elevated position with spectacular sea views, this family-sized property is a great base from which to explore the Sussex coast with walks right from the doorstep. Spanning over 650 acres, the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty encompasses enchanting woodland, rugged coastline and magnificent views of the White Cliffs of Dover all just steps from the property. Take a wander to the new visitor centre to learn more about the park and stop for a bite to eat to refuel. The seaside town of Hastings (3.5 miles) is also worth a visit to explore its history and to see the Battle Abbey from the 1066 Battle of Hastings. There is also a good selection of shops and eateries in the local area, as well as a shingle beach.
The open-plan living/dining room is a cosy place to gather around, with a working open fire and a multi-fuel stove for warmth, as well as two sofas, a TV and a dining table to seat six. The French doors open out into the pretty conservatory with gorgeous garden views making it a serene place to relax. The kitchen is light and bright with everything that is needed to cook up a family meal. Upstairs on the first floor are two of the bedrooms, the first has a 5’ double bed which has a feature fireplace and far-reaching views.
