This beautifully styled single storey property offers the perfect seaside get-away for families and friends. It is located just 0.2 miles away from the unspoilt views of Cambers soft golden sand and sea, which stretches for miles. The beach is famous for the long ridges of sand dunes, and it is a great location for walkers, nature lovers, golfers, and sandcastle builders. Try the 9.7km trail from Camber Sands to Rye Harbour, stopping off at the Discovery Centre, and don’t forget your binoculars to spot the birds that nest here. Medieval Rye is 4 miles away, rich in history and antique shops, as well as great restaurants and cafés. Dungeness boasts one of the largest shingle landscapes in the world and is popular with photographers and artists. There are golf courses at Lydd (7 miles) and Littlestone (10.5 miles) and Camber has its own castle, with other castles within a few minuets such as Bodiam (16 miles) and Sissinghurst (21 miles).

Enter the property through the porch with a handy area for hanging coats and kicking off shoes then through into the kitchen, which is well-equipped with everything you need to whip up a meal. The kitchen and dining area make a lovely sociable space with a large central table with two chairs and two benches. This is a great spot for prepping food and catching up with your favourite tipple. The lounge offers two large sofas and a footstool, arranged around a wood burner and Smart TV, a lovely area for relaxing after a long day out. There are three bedrooms, two with king-size beds and the third has a twin 2’6 zip-and-links beds, which can be pushed together to make another king-size. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower over and a WC. There is also a useful desk and chair. All bedrooms have a chest of drawers with hanging rails in two rooms and a shaker peg with hangers in the third. There is a separate shower room with a rainfall head and WC.

Outside there is an enclosed garden which is mainly paved with raised beds and seating areas to the front and rear. At the front there is a sofa set which gets the morning sun and to the rear there is a paved area with an outside table and chairs.

Property is well located for beach. Plenty of space for 6 adults and a dog. All light and bright and warm and cosy during our visit. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

The property is beautifully decorated and cleaned thoroughly! The location is very convenient to the beach and to the bus station so there's no problem for those without a car. We were particularly impressed by the quality of beddings! The duvets, pillow covers and bed sheets are all 100% Egyptian cotton made and really good for us as 2 of us have Read moreeczema. Three generations of us and our dog all enjoyed our stay greatly and we certainly recommend this property to families with children and pet who want to spend some summer time at beach! Hide

Shoreside is a lovely property in a great location for access to Camber beach and the local bars and restaurants. The interior is very pleasant, well furnished and the kitchen is well stocked. Clearly has been recently renovated. The welcome package of bread/milk/eggs etc was a nice touch. The master bedroom with en suite is considerably bigger tRead morehan the other two. As noted by previous guests, the washing machine didn't work and there is only one key to get in/out which which was difficult to use. Exterior/garden needs work and the 'sun room' is an oddity with no practical use. The main beach (C-K) is not dog friendly between May to September but the route through Camber car park to Section K is easy and quite pleasant (although consultation on restricting access further is under review by Rother council til Jul23).
