For those wanting to explore further afield, hop in the car and take a trip to nearby Port Lympe Safari Park (5 miles) or venture slightly further afield to Dover Castle (13 miles) and the historic city of Canterbury (18 miles), which is home to the cathedral and Marlowe Theatre.

A comfy sofa for two is the perfect spot for watching the Smart TV, whilst the well-equipped kitchen area offers everything you may need for whipping up a delicious meal for two that can be enjoyed at the dining table. A perfectly positioned farmhouse chair by the full-length window offers the ideal location for admiring the wildlife outside or for savouring the warmth of the wood burner-effect electric fire. Externally, the lodge has an outdoor drying room for wet coats and boots, and a covered seating area which is perfect for listening to the sounds of nature, whatever the weather may be.
