The main house blends traditional character with generous social spaces. At its heart is a large living area with exposed beams, comfortable seating and a wood burner, complemented by a separate cinema room featuring an 85” TV with sports and streaming services. A piano room offers a quieter space to unwind, while the dining room seats up to 18 beneath oak beams. The kitchen is well equipped for catering to large groups and opens easily to outdoor dining areas. The ground floor is completed by a handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a separate cloakroom with WC. There are five bedrooms in the main house, three of which are on the first floor: a chandelier-lit super-king-size with a vaulted ceiling and luxurious en-suite bathroom with a rainfall shower and a deep copper bath, a zip-and-link king-size room with en-suite shower room, a king-size zip-and-link with a sofa bed suitable for children and an en-suite bathroom, plus two doubles up on the second floor, one with an en-suite shower room. Additional accommodation is provided in two self-contained apartments in the lodge located across the driveway: the ground-floor apartment has a double bedroom with private bathroom, and the first-floor apartment has a super king-size room with a double sofa bed and a shower room. Both apartments have a kitchen area and a lounge area with comfy seating and a Smart TV. Two further sofa beds are located in the cinema room and piano room of the main house, available on request.
The outside space is exceptional. A 10-metre outdoor swimming pool is heated (1st April - September 30th) to approximately 30C and is surrounded by a hot tub under a heated pergola, a wood-fired steam room which doubles up as a sauna. The pool house includes a bar, seating and games facilities. Two electrically heated, covered pergolas allow outdoor dining and evening gatherings in all seasons, alongside a fire pit. Beyond the leisure terrace, the estate offers an all-weather tennis court, boules and croquet lawns, woodland walks, vineyard trails and a large adventure play area with treehouse. The grounds are spacious and private, offering plenty of room for both energetic days and relaxed evenings outdoors. There is ample private parking for eight cars.
