Escape to this coastal retreat, where spacious, sunlit interiors and thoughtful finishing touches create the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. With the sweeping sands nearby, the house is ideal for couples, families, or friends. Boasting 7 miles of golden sand, Camber Beach is a wonderful spot for summer sunbathing and paddling, but it’s just as magical in winter with windswept walks and stormy sea views. 4 miles away, the medieval town of Rye is a must-visit. Wander through its cobbled streets, admire historic timber-framed houses, and stop for a treat in one of the tearooms or restaurants. For a classic seaside day out, head to Hastings, 16 miles away. Step back in time in the Old Town with its quirky streets, historic buildings, and a lively fishing quarter. Families will love the seafront amusements, from crazy golf and arcades to fresh fish and chips by the shore.

Inside, the modern kitchen is a dream for foodies, featuring a breakfast table, comfortable seating, and all the essentials for self-catering. The inviting lounge is a hub of relaxation and entertainment, complete with a Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, and ultra-fast Fibre Wi-Fi. Coastal-inspired artwork and a timber dining table add to the character, while French windows open onto a decked terrace, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. Upstairs, two beautifully designed bedrooms provide the perfect retreat after a day of seaside adventures. The master bedroom has a king-size zip-and-link bed, fresh linen, and nautical-inspired decor against crisp whitewashed walls. The twin bedroom offers flexible zip-and-link beds that can be configured as a super-king-size on request. Both rooms share a stylish family bathroom, complete with a walk-in bath and overhead shower.

Head outside onto the south-facing decked terrace, where you’ll find outdoor seating, a parasol, and a BBQ for al fresco dining on warm summer evenings. Below, a fully enclosed, pebbled garden offers a safe space for both children and dogs to roam. The added convenience of two designated parking spaces ensures a stress-free stay.

The house is in a quiet estate with good access over the dunes to Camber Sands beach. The small back garden is a suntrap and very sheltered.

The cleanliness of the property is good but it is tired and has a lot of issues. Its a shame because its location is ideal.

We had a very warm comfortable few days. The weather was awful but we still managed to walk the dog on the lovely sandy beach which really is only a few hundred metres from the front door. Great food in The Owl if wanting an evening out. Very well positioned for getting to Rye, Canterbury and Hastings

The cottage was perfect for our little family getaway. The location was great for quickly getting to the beach for walks, and easy to get to Rye and other nearby places. The house perfect, clean and had a huge comfy bed which we loved. Wed definitely stay again if were back in the area!
