We had an amazing stay at the Art House! The house itself is stunning, with quirky, charming decor that makes it feel really special. The large kitchen and dining area were perfect for our small family celebration, and it was fully equipped with everything we needed. The lounge was cosy and comfortable, which was ideal for winding down after a day Read morein Brighton. The beds are incredibly comfy, and the linen soft and cosy, everything was set up to a very high standard and very clean. The location is simply amazing, it was only 10 minutes from Brighton city centre, with regular buses right outside for easy access. Getting into the city centre is also walkable from the house, and there's a coastal path all the way along. The views from the house were breathtaking, and yet it felt wonderfully peaceful and private. Local shops and amenities were just a short walk away, making it convenient without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. We would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxury home in a fantastic spot. Well definitely be back! Hide

The property was excellent. There were no cleanliness issues like I had seen in other reviews, the place was spotless. The kitchen was well equipped and the garden is very secure for dogs. The location is brilliant for the beach and for costal walks. The bus into Brighton is 3 and on its return stops just down from the house. We tried the local puRead moreb, Chinese takeaway and caf all were very good. I would thoroughly recommend and hope to go back at some point. Hide

Great location, but house itself let down by poor cleanliness and some niggles in terms of state of repair. If the owners give it a deep clean and sort out a few things, it would be great.
