Quarterdeck Cottage is such a lovely comfortable place to stay. Waking up and opening the curtains to the view across the lake is terrific, so much wildlife to see.

Quarterdeck Cottage is really well appointed and the view over the lake from the windows is superb. Our host was very welcoming and guided us in by phone, as we arrived very late due to holdups en-route. We were able to see a Kingfisher helping itself from the lake and a Woodpecker eating from the busy bird feeder. We intend to stay there again in Read morethe future. Easy access to the coast and many National Trust properties in the Weald. Can't fault our stay! Hide

An absolutely beautiful location spoilt by the lack of privacy and the owners and neighbours dogs being allowed to access the cottage terrace and drool as you eat!
