This is a really nice bungalow, so close to the little Louisa Beach and an easy stroll down to Viking Bay beach. The garden was a perfect size for our 4-year old to let off steam. The nearby esplanade was very handy for early morning and evening dog walks. It wasn't super luxurious but it was perfectly comfortable. There were all the facilities thaRead moret we needed and many that we never even used. Separate toilet and bathroom arrangement was a practical help for our mixed party of 4-year old up to 75-year-old. We were a bit nervous about the Air-Pump heating system but it worked very well. The insulation on the property is excellent and we made sure to keep doors shut unless necessary. Parking for two cars up the ramp was convenient and at Spring time there would have been extra street parking, too. We had a lovely Spring holiday and we would love to return. Thank you. Hide

This was our third stay at Seapoint and we enjoyed our holiday just as much as our previous visits. The location is perfect for the beach, town and visiting other areas of Kent. The bungalow is large and spacious and very clean and kitted out with everything we needed. The garden is a good size and is enclosed and private.

The bungalow is in a fabulous location very close to the beaches and town centre. Its well equipped and very clean. If you visit in high summer I recommend eye masks as theres no blackout curtains. The garden is perfect for dogs as its very secure. Its good value for the area.

The bungalow was clean and comfortable with everything you needed. Parking for 2 cars was helpful. It was in an excellent location to walk to broadstairs town which could be done in 7 minutes. Also walking along the coastal path to various places was easy. Drives to ramsgate and Margate were done in about 10 to 15 mins. Visited ramsgate tunnels, HoRead morernby museum, shell grotto, turner gallery, Margate antique emporium and many great cafes in broadstairs and local areas. Viking beach is wonderful. Hide
