As you enter the light-filled timber lodge which is located in the owners' grounds, leave your coats and boots in the entrance hall and continue through to the main living area. This spacious and bright room features an open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area and French doors opening onto a large decked area. The kitchen is ideal for whipping up a delicious meal before sitting down to dine at the dining table with seating for all, overlooking the fields outside. After dinner, retreat to the cosy lounge and relax on the comfortable sofa which is perfect for unwinding in front of the Smart TV/ DVD player. Heading back into the hallway, you will find three bedrooms (all with Hypnos beds): a king-size with an en-suite shower room with shower and WC, a super-king-size zip-and-link that can be made into a twin upon request, and a further twin bedroom (which can be made into a super king on request) all have Smart TVs. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom which has a shower over the bath and WC, and the property is completed with a handy utility room with a washing machine.
Heading outside, there is a large decked area that wraps around the property and features patio seating for six guests before a set of steps leads down to a lawned area for children to play on. Accessed via the decking is a hot tub, that sits 6 people, with beautiful views over the Kent countryside.
