Located a ten minute walk up the hill from the promenade and beach at St Leonards, this spacious property is the perfect base from which to enjoy a good old-fashioned seaside break. Take a stroll from the apartment to the local galleries, restaurants and antiques shops or head east along the coast to reach the bustling Hastings town centre. A short drive will bring you to several National Trust properties, local vineyards and beautiful gardens such as Great Dixter House and Gardens, Pashley Manor Gardens and Sissinghurst Castle and Gardens.

Enter this first floor apartment via a staircase from the main entrance hall. The apartment is on split levels, and is entered via a spacious hall where there is space for coats, shoes, buckets and spades. Just off the lower hallway is the twin bedroom, and the bathroom with shower over bath, separate shower, WC plus underfloor heating to help keep your feet warm after a long soak. A small set of stairs lead to the upper hallway off which you will find the lounge/diner. Breath-taking sea views through large floor-to-ceiling windows take centre stage in this room and flood the entire space with plenty of natural light. Just next to the windows is a dining table with six chairs, perfect for watching the sunset whilst you enjoy your evening meal, while comfortable sofas offer plenty of space to enjoy a relaxed family get together. There are a selection of board games, Smart TV with DVD and a CD player to while away the afternoons. The kitchen has been equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee machine and breakfast bar with two stools. The spacious master bedroom with a double bed and high ceilings.

Whilst there isn’t any outside space, within a short walk downhill to the promenade, there are several small bars, cafes and restaurants in which to enjoy some alfresco dining.

A fantastic apartment that is spacious, comfortable and clean. The view is amazing and theres lots of nice places to eat near by. Everything was in good working order, easy arrival details and the space was a wonderful base for our stay in Hastings.

Beautiful views in this spacious flat at the top of a hill overlooking the sea. St Leonards is a buzzy place and has good places to eat and drink. Easy to get around by public transport - we came by train. The twin room was cold, the rest of the flat really warm. Lovely stay

A lovely flat in a great location for seafront, train and bus. Limited parking but ok most times. Great sea view from the lounge. A quiet house during our stay.

A great place which we would definitely book again. Everything is as advertised. A few (older) reviews are hinting towards refurbishments of the outside of the building. This has now been completed (we were there Jan 26). Building looks "newer" than most in the area. A really nice well presented flat. Everything you need in the kitchen and a lovely shower. We found free parking nearby very easily. Wonderful views and within walking distance of Hastings for children. Also within walking distance of a great bakery and fruit and veg shop in St.Leanards. The arrival process was very convenient. Would recommend.

Nice flat, well equipped and central for most attractions. Nice quiet road and area. Unfortunately parking is a nightmare as the whole area is a sea of yellow lines. If you get a space you will be very lucky and I would advise never moving your car all week. Not for us and will not be returning.
