Escape to this stunning property that offers a fantastic getaway with easy access to 3 miles of unspoiled sandy beach, perfect for families looking for a seaside break. The medieval town of Rye is just 3 miles away and offers excellent restaurants, pubs, tearooms, and independent shops to explore. Also within a short drive is an altogether different seaside location, with the shingle beach at Dungeness. Famous for its wild beauty and dramatic skies, it’s a haven for keen photographers and artists or you could hop in the car to nearby Hastings (12 miles) for a vast array of seaside attractions to keep everyone entertained. For those with an interest in outdoor activities, local water sports are on offer as is walking and cycling around the Rye Harbour Nature Reserve.

Upon entering this stylish property, you will be welcomed into the hallway where there is space for dropping off shoes and coats. Head through into the light and airy lounge/diner which has comfy seating for all around the Smart TV and a lovely dining table with seating for those all-important family mealtimes or getting everyone together for an evening of board games. The kitchen is well equipped with everything that you may need for whipping up a delicious family meal or a light snack after a day at the beach. The two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and consist of a king-size room and a family room composed of a king bed and a bunk bed with an additional trundle bed for a third child. Completing the property is the stylish family bathroom. Property suitable for 4 adults and 2 children as bunk beds are not suitable for adults.

Heading outside, there is a lovely garden with a patio, comfortable garden furniture, a swing seat, fire pit, and a gas BBQ for those wishing to enjoy outside entertaining. A separate utility room offers a washing machine and space for storing wet suits or muddy boots.

Great location for Camber sands ,Rye and surrounding areas. Tranquil and comfortable.

Airel is ideally situated for the beautiful beach and pub just 5 mins walk away. The property itself requires some cosmetic work as its looking aged and tired. Upon arrival the property smelled foisty and required airing. The oven was discusting and required cleaning prior to use. We had no WiFi for 2 days and the communication from the owner coRead moreuld have been better regarding this matter. On a positive note, there is Sky tv, plenty of space in the property and a lovely garden.

Cottage was only just ok if it had been cheaper .Camber itself was run down and the beach parking was daylight robbery at 6 per hour!!!On the plus side it was quiet and near to Rye ,Winchelsea , Hastings and Romney Marshes ,all worth visiting.

Lovely cottage, clean comfortable and quiet whilst we were staying, our dog loved playing in the garden, although not totally secure our dog didnt wander off.

This is a lovely ,spacious house with everything you need in a great location. Has a nice ,large garden and decking area ! Beds are very comfy . Provides some games and kids toys which is a great idea. Highly recommended .

We really enjoyed our holiday but would have liked to have had some of the information printed out rather than having to follow a web link. The location is particularly lovely and being able to walk 5 minutes to the hotel to eat or 10 minutes to the pub (both did excellent meals) was lovely, as was walking only about 7 minutes to get to the beach
